At 19X, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page or customer support email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size or product), please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

In these cases, 19X will cover the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank
